A shower leak in this La Sierra (Riverside) home turned into a full bathroom rebuild plus new flooring and carpet through the living areas and bedrooms.
This one started in the hall bathroom of a La Sierra home — a shower leak that got into the walls and subfloor. By the time mitigation finished, the shower was demoed to the pan and the framing was open.
Because the water had traveled, the scope grew beyond the bathroom: we rebuilt the shower and bath, then ran new luxury vinyl plank through the entry and living areas and fresh carpet in the bedrooms, with the existing wainscoting and trim repaired and repainted to match.
It's a good example of what we do best — a claim that touches half the house, handled by one contractor, documented for the adjuster, and finished to a standard the homeowner is happy to live with.
